I don’t understand, why is the police discovering that a community is deserted? Are there no leaders in the community? Where were the leaders when their subjects left the community?

Maybe Njenje Media would do an insight why thiese communities are isolated. I didn’t like it when Roachas put a lot of money on Imo capital only. Uzodinma has come as well and stated he will invest in the capital city as it does not look like a capital city. This seem at the cost to these rural areas being abandoned and neglected.
