The Kebbi State 10th House of Assembly has been inaugurated with Muhammad Usman Ankwai from Zuru constituency as the Speaker and Samaila Ahmed Bambu from Bagudo East as the Deputy Speaker.
Announcing the leadership of the House, the Clerk, Alhaji Sulaiman Shamaki called on Governor Nasir Idris to grant financial autonomy to the state legislature.
Kebbi State Assembly has 24 Members-elect from the 21 Local Government Areas of the state.
The occasion was attended by chieftains from the ruling party, former and present government officials, party supporters and well-wishers.
