The road need to be dualised,resurfacing is not transformation but an improvement nonetheless.
How many times they want talk about resurfacing some roads in enugu capital ? The governor should start roads in the villages oduma never had any road project from enugu govt in their lifetime yet they produce lots of foods . It's good to build schools but let the govt also build major markets in the villages to empower parents to send their wards to the schools being built. Ekenekwa m unu .

Are they going to lane mark all the roads in Enugu and install traffic signs or just this one?
Anyway, at least somebody understands that you cannot just leave your roads unmarked
