The Supreme Court is scheduled to deliver its judgement on Thursday, October 26, 2023, in the cases of LP/Obi, Atiku/PDP versus INEC, BAT/Shettima, and APC.
The presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, and the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, both lodged appeals challenging the ruling of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT).
The Supreme Court had on Monday 23rd Of October reserved judgment on both cases while also dismissing the Case of the Allied Peoples Movement following the decision of the petitioners to withdraw the case challenging the judgment of the Presidential Election Petition Court at the Court of Appeal.
