The ruling on the challenges filed by Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, respectively, for president will be handed down by the Supreme Court on Thursday.
The two are pleading with the Supreme Court to reverse the ruling made by the Presidential victory Tribunal, which upheld President Bola Tinubu’s victory.
In a phone conversation on Wednesday, Dr. Festus Akande, the Director of Information for the Supreme Court, informed our reporter that the appeals court’s decision was set for tomorrow.
“Tomorrow, Thursday, has been scheduled for the ruling on the appeals filed by Atiku and Peter Obi,” he said.
