Thank you for your feedback. The North did not vote for Peter Obi not because he is Igbo, but because he is the least qualified candidate. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has a PhD in Water Engineering. Waziri Atiku Abubakar has a Masters in International Relations. Bola Tinubu has a BSc honours in Accounting. Peter Obi has a second class lower in Philosophy. If all of them were interviewing for a job as an administrator abroad, Peter Obi will be the least likely to get it.
In fact, Peter was so ashamed of his degree that he did not tender it to the INEC. He only tendered his WAEC certificate. Please fact-check me. In terms of education, he is the least qualified.
As a Governor, Bola Tinubu built schools, hospitals, new cities, ports, railways and the Lekki Free Trade Zone, which he stated but did not complete. Kwankwaso built Northwest University, two hospitals and several secondary schools.
But what did Peter Obi build as Governor? When he was asked his star project as Anambra Governor, he pointed to the SABMIller brewery, which is a loss making business. So, Northerners should vote for Obi so they can be drinking beer?
Okeke, I vow to pay you $10,000 if you can name one single school that Peter Obi initiated, started, completed and commissioned in his eight years as Governor.
You guys say Peter Obi saved money. Do you know why? As Governor of Anambra, Peter saved the equivalent of millions of dollars of Anambra state money in a bank in which he had a personal interest, Fidelity Bank, to be precise. A bank in which he had significant interests. A bank where he was a former chairman.
In a year, that money will yield at least $5 million when invested in the S&P 500 (likely more). Much of that $5 million annual yield would be Peter Obi’s PERSONAL profit. And that is every year. So, imagine how much money Peter Obi personally made in eight years as a Governor from the conflict of interest in investing state funds in his private bank. That is why he refused to build infrastructure. He was using your money to build his stomach infrastructure. And if I am lying, let him sue me in court. No wonder he boasted of being richer than President Biden!
Bola Tinubu governed Lagos for eight years and stayed in Lagos after his tenure. Kwankwaso ruled Kano for eight years and still lives there out of office. If Peter Obi truly transformed Anambra, why is he not living there? Why is he living in Lagos, Okeke?
You say Northerners hate you, yet more Igbos are living in Kano than in any single local government in the entire Southeast. What kind of hate is that?
