Obi absolute commitment to the most critical areas of national development is unquestionable, as he donates million to support the health sector in Nigeria, despite his recent loss at the Supreme Court verdict.
He was a guest at the Faith Foundation Mission Hospital, Nsukka in Enugu state last Saturday and his gesture was highly commendable.
His statement reads: Over the weekend, I visited Nsukka in Enugu State, where I donated N20 million to the Faith Foundation Mission Hospital, Nsukka. This is in line with my consistent commitment of investing in the most critical areas of national development, namely: health, education, ….
Recall that Peter Obi is one of the most discussed presidential candidate in the 2023 Presidential Election held on February 25 under the auspices of the Labour Party (LP), where he lost to President Bola Tinubu of APC, at distant third position according to INEC records, as confirmed by the Apex Court in October.
He may not be contesting in future elections, as a result of the fallout in the 2023 Presidential Elections, and unfavourable rule of law.
