Residents of the 1000 housing estate in Bauchi State have urged the education authority to construct a fence around the sole government primary school located within the area.
Their appeal comes after they intervened to prevent miscreants from encroaching on part of the school premises.
Erecting a fence around the school would not only secure the premises but also benefit the host communities and beyond by ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for the students.
