Nigeria’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Professor Joy Ogwu says Nigeria’s contributions to the development of Africa requires the nation to maintain its leadership position on the continent. Professor Ogwu who was speaking to Lawmakers from Kano State House of Assembly in New York, say Parliamentarians should learn to be good citizens to build on the legacies of Nigeria’s past leaders.
