Is Abia State the most structurally developed State in Eastern Nigeria?

So disappointed at these people.. before anyone attacks me, I am from Abia state and I was there 2 months ago.

This is not a welcome development at all. It is away for the governor and his cabinets to pocket public fund true procurements and 20% advance contract fee. Did Abia state need something like this building?, the answer is no.

What a sh*t show. No other public works comes to mind but to build bigger roofs over the heads of fat politicians and seat them in comfortable offices. No power generation, water or road works projects, no upgrade to public schools. To top it all off, you hand foreigners the cheque to build it for you while you have engineers who have no jobs graduating from Abia State University.

This is great. I love this and I wonder why the media don't report on things like this. A lot of development s are ongoing in the state but they don't report on this
