  1. This is so disheartening! What an eyesore! Yet you want individuals to be entrepreneurs, preaching all that self sustainability, subsistence theory and wha have you, but in this kind of environment? How do you expect people to be efficient, strive and thrive like this? No accessible roads, no electricity, no water (not even water pipes talk less of unsafe, undrinkable water). Of course, we know government is a fraud, but at least make the people feel different about that fact. This is totally unacceptable!

  2. Obviously, the state of that road is very very BAD!!! I think Govt Amosun should have EMPATHY on these people. And ensure that justice is carried out to allow these people to enjoy the same dividend of democracy that some people from, Abeokuta & other… have being enjoying for the past five years… After all they are Ogun People.

  3. What a usless country with greedy and stupid politicians. Many roads all over Nigeria, not only this one, are in such deplorable states. The annoying thing is that most our greedy politicians travel abroad (to Europe & the US) and they see how roads are maintained in these places, and why can't they (Nigerian Politicians) not strive to make our roads as good to Europe or US standards. Politicians in Europe and the US do not have two heads neither are they not human like our politicians. The problem with our politicians is that they are greedy, selfish and only think of themselves and their family by enriching themselves with funds that should be used for basic amenities i.e good roads, electricity etc. The sad thing is that it is the poor masses who suffer with many using their little money to constantly fix their keke, cars or lorries, as well as the loss of revenue for small businesses who are unfortunately located along these bad roads. To be honest, many of the people suffering do not care if these roads are local government roads, state roads or federal roads. All that people want are good roads. Many lorries and trailers have fallen on their side in the process trying to pass these roads which could have very fatal consequences if these lorries or trailers fall onto cars, motorcycles/keke or people beside. The bad state of the country is the reason why many young people are always trying to leave the country to go abroad for a better live where the government provides basic facilties i.e good roads, light etc for its citizens. I encourage as many as possible young people who want to leave Nigeria to do so if possible. If our greedy and selfish politicians have the habit if sending their children and young abroad ones abroad for a better life, why should'nt we the suffering masses.
