  1. For those Nigerians who live abroad this could be very disheartning, and most Nigerians trying to come back and invest in the Country are afraid to do so. There is something that the Nigerian diasporan Know and afraid of, which most Nigerian Politicians has no Idea of. That is called stabilty, safety and gaurantee of government decisions and Laws. Businesses and Buildings in Lagos that were built and establish for many years are been demoilshed and destroyed with out adequate notice or Compensation. In a Civilized Country this does not Happen. Nigerian Laws are very unambiguous. it is also the job and responsiblity for the State Governenment and City title Department to gaurantee the buyers of this land, builders and business owners that their investment must be protected. This is not good world publicity for Lagos and Nigeria. And these Nigerian Politicians are waking up the angers of all Nigerians living abroad.

  2. It is a disgrace to see that the future of Nigerian vision can not appreciate the outstanding astonishing achievement as landmark beach, a place that foreigners see and mark no place like home that even our dear Nigerians in diaspora see and canโ€™t compare to anywhere else in the world, land mark is one of the twenty first generation great hospitality achievements of Nigeria tour and resort stop destination, universal. Landmark has been a home for many and hope for so many Nigerians who have set goals and aims to doing good and being a better person for the growth and hope for better future, why would the federal government sand fill the water, dose the road really got to go through the shoreline of landmark beach? Causing demolition and devastating havoc to the peoples property and hope of success to many Nigerians, giving job and reducing the unemployment, a place that has accommodate and give opportunity to Nigerians to prove themselves. Why such governance, save landmark beach not to destroy it. For the future of Nigerians. There should be another plan for the calabar coaster highway road, not sand filling the beach, a blessing, and something nature give us for free. The government should have a review of their decisions before itโ€™s too late. This is what the other nations would not do.
