Where are Delta , Rivers and Bayelsa States? They all receive huge shares of the 13% derivation from oil with Akwa Ibom State. They are all supposed to be like Dubai if the money they receive were used judiciously. Akwa Ibom State needs to do more than this too because you are supposed to be more developed than this if the large sum of money you receive from the 13% derivation were used prudently by your governors. Akwa Ibom is about to overtake Lagos as the best airport in Nigeria.
