The Katsina state government says it will establish an educational trust fund for its health institutions going forward.
This move is aimed at promoting sustainable human resources for health.
Governor Aminu Bello Masari made this known at a joint graduation ceremony of over five hundred nurses and midwives who graduated from Katsina college of nursing and midwifery.
