Niger’s state television is reporting that one hundred Russian military instructors have arrived in the Sahel nation to train their forces in the use of new military hardware supplied by Russia. The equipment and instructors arrived aboard an Ilyushin-76 transporter plane Wednesday evening. A post on the state television’s social media said the supplies were an anti-aircraft defense system.
