Wasn't the gag order "stayed" not "lifted". There is a huge difference and the word you used allowed an incorrect inference to be touted by Trump and his associates. All the had to do was drop the word temporary.
Clearly the judge is incompetent, this was a basic violation of a citizens Constitutional Rights. Prosecutor should have objected and both should be removed from this case. Like Trump or not, every citizen is innocent until proven guilty, in the case, Trump is already guilty and hasn't gotten a fair trial, gag order lifted is proof of that
