The Israeli military said it was carrying out a “precise and targeted operation against Hamas in a specified area” of Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza early Wednesday morning. The Israel Defense Forces repeatedly warned Hamas against using the hospital as a base for its operations, the IDF said in a statement. Al-Shifa Hospital was founded in 1946, when the Jews were a group of displaced persons in Europe. What a shame. 18 hours of inspection and days of siege and bombing.
