It has been running since year 2000. Since DONALD DUKE introduced it when he was Governor of CROSS RIVER STATE in southern Nigeria. It is a month long festival. Very interesting and beautiful. People from ALL OVER THE WORLD ATTEND. WE don't want to loud it for now. Hope my bro….. , will not say they taught Nigeria how to do Festival.
This year is on 28 of this month and international carnival follow the next day which is on 29. Ghana will be here cuz they always come Brasil South Africa Cameroon turkey at times Spain Italy name, this is like there is about 18 country participate in this year international carnival. That is why the call it Africa biggest street party in Africa.
