I visited the most expensive estate in the city of Uyo and was told this is where the rich people and all the prominent politicians live …

  1. Ewet housing estate though a blend of old and modern architecture, is at the moment the biggest estate in Uyo, but by the way Shelter Afrique is growing, it will surpass Ewet housing estate, because Shelter Afrique still have more under develop areas. Akwa Ibom Ayaya❤❤❤🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬

  2. Oh wow, well done BigWillz, you show Shelter Afrique the way no one has shown before, the Estate is large and beautiful, thanks a lot, thank you also to @Reality Box for the spot on tour guide.

  3. This is the only one video about Uyo that covers a large area of a livable Estate that I've seen in a short video. It shows a very clear picture of what Shelter Afrique is like.

I like the fact that you touched on the issue of solar penel because most people in this part of the world neither understand the health dangers of using power generators nor are aware of the fact that solar panels do require cleaning to preserve the life cycle. The price point for renting as well as buying was good to mention as well.

That been said, the music was just too loud, distracting and unnecessary to say the least. I had to fast forward some of the streeming just to avoid the excessively loud music. At the end of the whole experience, it was your conversation with that of the host that matters to us the most and not the distraction from the misic. Thanks for the video

    That

  4. Akwa ibom is a modern state…the only thing I don't like about Akwa ibom, is that, the kind of houses the build don't fit in the kind of modern Akwa ibom should be..the like building alot of Bungalow, boys quarter houses even in the city center.. Government should help to map out the kind of houses to build at a particular district….I love Akwa ibom

  5. Good morning Bigwillz..Nice video as always.

My family n I want to relocate to abuja at a very decent environment. Most preferredly in gwarimpa. I don't know if you can be of help please. Thank you!

  6. Hello guys, I was wandering if anyone could answer the following questions:
Even though Abuja Is not as congested as Lagos, is Uyo less congested than Abuja with regards to population and traffic?

How's power supply reliability in comparison to Abuja?

Can one find vacancies in the 2 major Estates in Uyo?

How about the availability of supermarkets around these Estates in comparison to Abuja?

I'm considering the possibility of living there at least a year to see if I might prefer it to Abuja

  7. Hey Bigwillz as i continue and i continue to say that Nigeria is beautiful but, i get tired of seeing all of this garbage a long the roadways and ditches it takes away from the beauty ! Please tell some government officials to get rid of this trash because trash brings about diseases and other ill problems!

  8. The second Guy knows little about real estate. A plot is btwn 450sqm to 500sqm. Cost btwn 10mill to 25mill depending on its location in the estate and who's selling. Nice clips though… Thanks for the efforts

  9. Nice work! 👍🏾 It'll be nice if U could do one on the best city/town to live in Nigeria. That's apart from very expensive places like Lekki, Magodo, VI, Ikoyi, Uyo, Abuja and Port Harcourt etc. Thank U.
