  1. Igbo people should stop buying lands and properties in Lagos State go to the East. I am looking for how to start a campaign to stop Igbos from investing in Lagos. Mr Realtor you can kindly sell your properties to other tribes but as for the Igbos we shall make sure very little to none of them patronise you or other Realtors advertising properties in Lagos.

  2. This is sad. The colossal waste of resources. The government is not blameless here. Government should have intervened a lot earlier. A lot to learn about conducting thorough research and due diligence before investing in schemes. Never follow the crowd.

  3. When people over the years abuse hard drugs it's effects on the brain is that it makes them delusional and they start hallucinating over imaginary enemies. Ndigbo that came to lagos in peace to irk a living and plough back their profit in developing the place are suddenly perceived and treated as enemies. Slum settlements that house criminals are littered all over the city and nobody is demolishing those ones 😎. Flood paths could be re-channelled with ease. The God that blessed twenty pounds in the hands of ndigbo will restore in multiple folds whatever they have lost in Jesus Name Amen 😎

  4. Some of these houses are neighbors to the canal. Everyone involved has to accept responsibility. The homeowners shouldn't be in a hurry to be neighbors to a canal. You breathe in the diseases from the canal. You can get sick. Common sense should prevail. The builders, the project manager, or the company should have known better, at least advise them. The government should have stopped them from the beginning. In fact, they should have put up a sign saying canal zone, land not for sale, government land, anyone building their houses will be demolished. Then, the people will understand, but they purposely allow them to build and plan a date to make them cry . That's hateful and vindictive, not to mention weak. They should be refunded.

  5. The Finished Bungalow looks cute and neat, but are the roads meant for Horses or cars?. It never falls to amaze me how the roads and streets of some of the choiciest suburbs in Lagos Look like roads found in the Movie "Mad Max"….HABA!!

  6. How can such magnificient homes lack electricity? The noise from generators are too much. And finally, why must Nigeria supply electricity to Niger if her people can't get enough of it. Anyway, one love from Kenya.

  7. First of all why are people allowed to sell lands meant for canals and water drainage in case of rain, but yet they’re blaming the government. The failure of government in this case is that they allowed people to build the house finish because their not doing their own part

  8. The government failed because they should have been stopped before the building commenced, but it’s a corrupt country whereby some builders went through back doors to get approval that are fake from some government officials.
