Very tiny road, no innovation

Okpara square is the only area that impressed me.What l still dont get with Nigeria,trying to find answers. Why can't a state like enugu for example use that okpara square as a template for the rest of the city?Surely they can see the beauty of the area due to the greenery etc.Why cant Nigerian capital cities use Abuja as a template?lmagine if all our capital cities looks like Abuja Nigeria would not be a third world country…l am not convinced by this new enugu state governor either,all talk and promises nothing concrete on ground to show for it yet.Governor Otti is working like a house on fire.😅Thank you guys.

Enugu as an accident capital city has not improved at all in area of infrastructures and elephant buildings.
