The Hon Ping Scholarship for Nigerian Students enabled Urukposa to kickstart his dream catching journey at HKU and in Hong Kong. At HKU, Urukposa could explore the Engineering disciplines, experience the residential hall life at St John’s and have a taste of Lacrosse and rowing. He thinks sports helps him get to know peers from different cultural backgrounds and foster inclusion in the community.
來自尼日利亞的Urukposa Izogie-Eghe成功獲得漢平獎學金，來到香港大學入讀工程學系。在港大，他除了研讀工科、亦入住了聖約翰學院體驗舍堂生活、以及練習棍網球及划艇。他認為運動競技既能鍛鍊自己，亦有助認識不同文化背景的同學，以及融入社群。
