1. Grab your belt and make it even.
2. Take the center of the belt and place it over your abdomen.
3. Wrap around yourself and crisscross them as you pull the tails to the front.
4. With both tails in your hands make an X.
5. Take the top tail of the X and swoop it under the belt that’s against your abdomen. (This keeps the belt together)
6. Check to make sure your tails are even.
7. Grab one tail and fold it over the other to make a circle.
8. Pull the tail through the circle and pull left and right.
