Hello all. For my small roastery startup, I am finally tallking with a property (1000sf light industrial warehouse) for a lease. They asked what I need, so I told them just power, gas, and an exhaust.
What are some important things they need to know from me?
And what are important for me to check before signing anything?
It’s $15/sf/yr and they say minimum of 3 years. I am in need to order a roaster which will be 2-3 months of lead time. Is it reasonable to ask 2 or 3 months of free rent?
