PROHIBITED USES, BUSINESSES AND STORAGE:
There is to be no smoking inside the buildings. Outside smoking should not be excessive to the point of permeating the other units or exterior spaces.
-spray painting of cars, boats, etc.
-no retail auto repair shops, repairs on personally/business owned vehicles only.
-businesses concerning animals
-explosives, fireworks or ammunition
-flammable, dangerous, hazardous or toxic materials or substances.
-activity which produces or releases such prohibited materials or noxious
smelling items, contraband, illegal substances.
-storage, use or activity containing any unlawful materials or purposes of any kind.
– exterior storage of construction, machinery or waste type materials.
– No exhibitions, rummage sales. No outside sales. Not to be used as rehearsal space.
FOR THE GENERAL SAFETY OF THE PUBLIC AND OTHER TENANTS, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN or AROUND THE UNITS.
