Young individual looking to rent a warehouse/garage/shop to park 2-3 of my cars and occasionally replace parts. 110V is fine. Prefer 24/7 access. Preferably in Eugene/Springfield but willing to commute 20ish minutes from so. Will only be using for personal use. No body work / paint. Insulated/Heated a plus but not required.
