Tropical Storm Philippe is moving closer to Bermuda this evening and will pass just to the west tonight and Friday. Tropical Storm Warnings are in place for Bermuda. Strong winds & 2-4″ of rain are possible through Friday. Philippe will become post-tropical Saturday but could still bring impacts to parts of Maine. Another tropical wave is expected to move off of the west coast of Africa this weekend and has a low 30% chance of becoming a tropical system over the next week.
