Heavy showers and thunderstorms continue progressing slowly to the east across Texoma, North Texas, the Hill Country, and the Edwards Plateau. The most intense storms are dropping one to three inches of rain per hour. With the band of storms moving slowly, flooding rains will become more common overnight for some locations. In addition to the flooding threat, a nonzero threat for a brief tornado exists this evening in North & Central Texas.
