Cross River is one of the few states in Nigeria that are tourism-conscious.
When visiting Cross River, there are many things to look forward to doing and seeing. Here are a few.
1. Agbokim Waterfalls
Agbokim falls is one of the top destinations in Nigeria for adventurers chasing waterfalls. Located about 17km from Ikom and 315km from Calabar, Agbokim Waterfalls is close to the Nigeria-Cameroon border. It has seven streams, each cascading over steep cliff which provides seven-faced falls
2. Kwa Falls
Kwa Falls is another spectacular waterfall located in a narrow, steep gorge on the headwaters of Kwa. Kwa Falls is located in the Oban division of the Cross River National Park. It is characterised by a staircase of 234 steps from the top to bottom. You can also visit the nearby Kwa River Sand Beach.

Do you have a business idea but not enough money to get it off the ground? Or maybe you’ve started your business already but need an influx of cash to push it to the next level. In either case, seed funding could be the answer.
Watch Part 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5JR_YNXlQQ
This was the case for Pollen Solutions startup, who raised $1 million last year, and this year are raising $2 million more. In this interview, we talk to the founders about how they find and pitch to investors and just what it takes to stand out and receive funding.
Founded in 2018, Pollen Systems uses drones, planes, thermal cameras, and IoT devices to provide farmers actionable insights into their crops. With all that high-tech equipment, they needed a big investment of capitol to get their idea off the ground.
They raised that money largely thanks to their award-winning pitch skills. The pitch is one of the most crucial steps of securing seed funding. The folks at Pollen Systems won the GeekWire Elevator Pitch Competition in 2019, so business owners will want to listen to their expert advice.
If you’ve never considered seed funding as an option before, think about what your business could do with more financial resources. The right investors can take you from surviving to thriving in less time than you might believe.
