I am ashamed as Igbo man watching what is happening to my people from afar without Ohaneze Ndi Igbo doing nothing. It will reach a stage when Igbo youths will organise themselves not to fight the Yorubas but the Igbo political elites and corrupt kings across Igboland that have taken bribes to keep quiet while our properties are being destroyed. We started from 20 Pounds their father Awolowo gave us and their children have grown to start from where their elders stopped. Why is Obi Of Onitsha keeping quiet? Why is Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu the Chairman of Ohaneze Ndi Igbo keeping quiet? When this backfire, we will fight both our enemies outside Igboland and our enemies within Igboland which is the corrupt politicians and Ndi Ezes, local Chiefs and Elders, Religious Leaders, etc.

Both the Hausa and Yoruba have deep hatred for Igbos. You can't say one is better than the other. Why you think that was is because the Hausas do business with us &the have to pretend & maintain their peace because their livelihood is there. They even have a saying that 'being close to a chicken or goat cannot stop you from killing & eating it'. They said this when they attacked their Igbo neighbors in the North.

As for my Igbo people. I don't pity anyone building mansion here. I have a land here, and the purpose is for a place over my head due to high cost of rent, not to come & be developing it. What happens to making small house & build your dream home in your village. Since they don't have sense they should keep building. Let the govt be dealing with them.
