Ibrahim Yar’Adua, son of the late former President Umaru Yar’Adua, has taken a second wife.
Ibrahim married Amira, daughter of former comptroller general of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Muhammad Babandede.
The wedding fatiha took place on Friday, October 20, 2023.

Ibrahim married his first wife, Saratu Sodangi, a lawyer, in 2018.
Last year, one of Yar’Adua’s sons Shehu married Yacine Sheriff at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.
Yacine is the daughter of Mohammed Sheriff, a member of the House of Representatives.
