Aba and Abia people in whole are extremely dirty
To stop this government must provide three colours refuse bin 1, yellow cover for paper and plastic, 2, blue cover for bottle, 3, black cover for kitchen trash, to every house in urban areas like aba, and plan to take them will once in a week each of them in different day, so people will not dump refuse anywhere, so each month every house will pay 50 Naira for that three dustbin, that is my subjection to this problem
Why don't they send all the garbage to the former Governor's home. At least to remind him of his negligence.
