Former Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike has slammed the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi, for refusing to accept the judgement passed by the Presidential Election Tribunal on Wednesday. In an exclusive interview with Channels Television yesterday, Wike stated that when Peter Obi was reinstated as the executive governor of Anambra State by the judiciary he believed in them, but because the judgement went against him this time around, he refused to accept it.
According to the FCT minister, Peter Obi should come out and tell Nigerians if he paid any bribe before he was reinstated as the Anambra State Governor by the judiciary.
“Did Peter Obi not win at the Supreme Court when he was removed as governor? Did he pay a bribe? Let him tell the world now. When he was removed as a governor, did he not reclaim his mandate at the Supreme Court? The judiciary was right but now that the decision happened, the judiciary is wrong.” Wike said.
