Abuja master plan is not a stand alone document. It should be a legislation supported by institutional frameworks such as
Abuja land Registry
Abuja Developmental control authority
Abuja planning authority
Abuja Inland Revenue service
These institutions should be the enforcers of the Abuja master plan.
If these institutions of the Citizens are there and have approved a person or company to build on any land, then due process should follow before anything happens. Where the government failed to provide the Citizens institutions of guidance and reference then the Master plan is just a paper document and cannot be enforceable. Clan destine and partisan demolitions and unlawful acts of governance will further threaten our already fragile co existence. Every word and actions should be to promote peace and unity of the country
