What Tinubu told Foreign investors about Nigerians

Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu, during the G20 Compact with Africa conference, spoke at a panel session titled “Fostering Local Value Chains and Investments in Africa – The role of the German Private Sector.”

Hosted by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Berlin, Germany, on Monday, November 20, 2023, Tinubu told foreign investors that beyond Nigeria’s natural resources, the citizens of the country are highly educated, skilled, and naturally industrious, representing the primary asset the country has over other nations in the global race for new investments.

Tinubu further added that Nigeria is also known to be the leader in the energy sector, an attractive investment destination, and the country is going a step further by creating financial responsibility and tax reforms. The country is reforming its financial institutions to accommodate foreign investors and investments. He also stated that the energy and education of Nigeria’s youth are significant inducements for investors. The country is on track to build a modern economy under his leadership.

Tinubu told foreign investors that Nigeria is a good investment destination, and he also encourage economic collaboration between Nigeria and other nations.
