A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Daniel Bwala, has revealed why he’s hated by many members of his party, as well as the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Obidients movement.
According to Bwala, the groups love what he stands for but hate that he’s not fully in line with what they stand for.
Bwala made this known in a post titled ‘Live by Conviction Not by Impression’, which he shared on his X account.
He wrote, “Majority of the obidients, like me for what I believe in and stand for;, but they hate the fact that I am not in Labour Party advocating for Peter Obi. I read their comments
“Majority of APC folks love me for my loyalty and commitment because they believe we have history and relationship that span 8 years at least , but hate the fact that I left and not back yet Calm down
“Majority of PDP folks appreciate my commitment, loyalty and competence, but hate the fact that I am not hard enough as they would like on President Tinubu and that sometimes I acknowledge his efforts as President
“In all of the above, you can NEVER PLEASE either or neither, and trying to please either would make you a frustrated man.
“Take solace in the street credibility that you have earned before all of the three, knowing that there is are greater number of Nigerians far more than the three above, who look up to you to show patriotism. My thought this morning and I come in peace.”
