In a move reminiscent of the 2003 creation of Local Council Development Areas, LCDAs in Lagos State by then Governor Bola Tinubu, Ondo State Government has announced the creation of 33 LCDAs. The State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Charles Titiloye, revealed the development after the State Executive Council meeting in Akure, the state capital. Of course, the bill will be sent to the State House of Assembly for enactment and necessary legal backing.
