More insurgents are expected to come out from their camps as the mass surrender to troops in the north east continue. Out of at least 5,890 that have surrendered in the last 3 weeks, the military authorities say 565 including 3 Commanders have been handed over to the Borno State Government.

take this thing seriously-organise rehabilitation centers where they keep them&rehabilitate them.The center must not be in Borno-it should be outside.And rehabilitation last for a yearThey should learn a trade.before they can be returned to their various commodities-after the war ends-not before.
If the Government do not have sufficient funds-they should approach the International community for help-no pride please.That is how it worked out for Sierra leone.
Only the ring leaders pf Boko haram should be prosecuted&allow peace to reign in your country.
