Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi has rejected the judgement of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), which affirmed the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 Presidential Election l.
ThisNigeria reported that a five-man panel of judges, headed by Justice Haruna Tsammani, had ruled that the petitions against Tinubu by PDP’S Atiku Abubakar and Peter Obi lacked merit.
Reacting to the ruling, Peter Obi, during a press conference on Thursday, said that he will head to the Supreme Court to challenge the judgement.
ThisNigeria reported earlier that Atiku also rejected the judgement and announced his intention to head to the Supreme Court.
