Students of mandate areas of Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), on Wednesday protested at the office of the commission in Warri, over non-payment of their three years’ bursary allowances by the Managing Director, Bashorun Askia Ogieh.
some of the students who were protesting at the DESOPADEC’s office were shot by the Nigerian police.
