NATO(USA) destroyed Libya, handed the country to islamists who spread to the Sahel region of Africa then went to install themselves in Niger to fight the terrorists. Americans have the same playbook in Syria: ISIS invaded the country after 2011, they went over there to fight, using proxies and they never leave despite te caliphate defeat.
