Former minister of state for petroleum resources, Timipre Sylva has emerged as the flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress for the November 11th Governorship election in Bayelsa State.
Mr Sylva pulled a total of 52,061 votes to defeat his closest rivals Joshua Maciver and David Lyon with 2,078 votes and 1584 votes respectively.
