  1. This is just a thing with we as a people but trust me my sister if it was a white or Chinese doing all this it would be gladly accepted smh it's crazy ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ ๐Ÿ‡ฏ๐Ÿ‡ฒ

  2. Igbos make up cultures and things anytime they don't like someone or are jealous of the person. There is no official list of "osu," yet out of nowhere someone will claim a person is "osu." Burying a relative is always an issue, getting married always an issue. Everything has an issue. People are just wasting their time.

  3. Couldn't it be better for this man to use this money to set up a well-functioning industry in that village that could have been useful for him and his community including the entire Nigeria states instead of this gigantic edifice that is wasting away in the middle of the jungle. The building is like a painted sepulcher. It is not useful for the man himself, not useful for the community and not useful for the state. It will be sad to see this tower dilapidating and it is unsalable. No body or company will ever buy this building if it goes for sale. I wish the government will come and lease this building for something or health center to commence there as initially plan.

  4. Kyrian. A true Christian does not in OSU. It was idolatrous practice in the old. Anybody who has belief in it is not a true Christian. Has God called them outcast. If you believed in OSU system you an idol worshipper. Follow Christlike life to serve God.

  5. I don't think you got the information right, UmuChukwu was a village in Oweleizukela he took them to be it's own town, so the problem he is having is with Oweleizukela, I was told this by my very close friend that happened to came from Oweleizukela named Mgbemena.

  6. Am from Enugu but, have taken pictures here, which made people think that i am in New York City ๐Ÿคฃ. I toured all the way from Oba in idemilli south, Anambra to this place , with motor bike which took me 2hrs. I wept seeing this gigantic project wasting for nothing.๐Ÿ˜ญ. Though it was inside bushy town in anambra. This house really made me to remember my lost phone, chai!. ๐Ÿ™†๐Ÿ˜ญ

  7. As stated by you they are not happy that he came to change the name of the community and not that he is an Osu….just because you are stinkingly rich doesn't mean you will come and change the name of a community without the approval of the elders….this is the same nonsense that happened in Rivers state…Respect the decision of the community

  8. We, Igbo People did the RITUALS pardoning the OSU Folks abolishing OSU Caste label, I believe in 2018. Correct? The Ceremony was done at Nri Igbo Kingdom Center. I NEVER was an OSU person…………..No person is OSU now but those that were OSU ( NOW PARDONED) should do MORE in form of philanthropy in other Igbo Towns ( NOT just their Town of origin ) to show appreciation for the pardon and abolishment of OSU Caste…………………I am talking about stuff like BUILDING a TWO Storey Building with ROOMS for each Primary School or Secondary School for use as Instructional Class Rooms or TWO Storey Building for use as Boarding House in Secondary School.

Some die hard Igbo Conservatives will still NOT accept those that were OSU before. Let us hope that those Conservatives are very FEW.

  9. IN LIFE REGARDLESS OF WHAT GREAT CERTAIN PEOPLES DONE, WHEN THEY ARE NOT LOVE APPRECIATED BY OTHERS, THEY WILL ONLY TOOK THEIR MONEY, MEDICAL CARE ETC. WHEN JESUS WAS AT HIS DOOR GENERAL ASK THE PEOPLES SHOULD I KILL HIM OR SAVED HIM. HALF SAY KILL HALF SAVED HIM.

  10. Hour people are wicked for nothing
Instead of them be progressing for good thing that his people are doing, there we be against the person, that's why I said Nigeria need freedom to put something organise
Some are still in primitive which there have to open there eye ๐Ÿ‘€

  11. Why do you blame him personally for changing the name of the city? I doubt he has the authority to unilaterally change the name of any city or community. You should have gone into detail about the legal suits instead of going on a tangent about osu bigotry. From what I can tell the building is laying fallow because it's not generating any revenue. You didn't mention any court order stopping him from conducting operations.

  12. It was always going to be a waste. Apart from the other surrounding issues, there is rarely any sustainability potential for this building in its location. Feel sorry for him for all the resources he committed to this project.

  13. What is in the mind of Maduka when he set out to make this building? What's this building for ?If his objective is wrong for now how can he or incolaboration with state government or individual entrepreneurs use it for ?It shouldn't be a waste at all.

  14. Itโ€™s a good thing to Vlog, but itโ€™s better if the information you are dishing out is the correct one. I am from a neighbouring village to Umuchukwu (Akokwa) and Dr Maduka has nothing to do with the change of name from Umuchu as it was previously known to Umuchukwu currently. Equally this building isnโ€™t abandoned because of any Osu caste system, but rather the project is undergoing due diligence by one of the Big4 audit firms (EY) which will enable him attract investors.
So as I said earlier do your own due diligence properly before dishing out half baked information.

  15. Nkere efi,to my understanding means "stealing of cows" so which is better, umuchukwu= children of God,,,nkere efi=cow stealers..make you're own unbiased choice

  16. There's no such nonsense as Osu in Igboland. I can personally trace my family tree back to around 1768AD. I can easily give you recorded accounts of my family but I refuse to label anyone as "Osu". People should stop following evil practices!!!
