The Supreme Court has announced the date it will hear the appeal by the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr Peter, against the tribunal judgement that affirmed President Tinubu’s victory in the last election.
The apex court has slated the hearing for Monday, 23 October 2023.
