It was a Black Day as a petrol-laden tanker exploded in the early hours of Independence Day at Koko/Ologbo, Warri-Benin expressway, and killed several persons, while nine trucks, eight buses and ten cars were also burnt.
Warri Correspondent Gbenga Ahmed who visited the scene of the incident reports that over twenty-five persons who sustained serious injuries were rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
