My only issue is, like Ebonyi, all these infrastructure isn't attracting enough private investments. Lagos just vacuums the little that still comes in almost all up. Governors will need to start going in hard on industrial policies. That's what's made China become what it is today, so much so that even the capitalist capital of the world, U.S, has begun doing industrial policies that it preached against for so long untill recently
