This is my drive through Ogoja with Uncle Emma, giving us the history of the city. I was actually amazed by the knowledge he has of the place and also of the people. I hope you learn a thing or two from this.

  1. Thanks Bigwillz for this refreshing moment Igoli-Ogoja as Uncle Emma called it in the video was actually well planned. I grow up in that town from my Primary school St. Benedict Primary School (Big St. Benz) or so as it was fondly called, I was baptized in St. Benedict Catholic Church and my secondary school was Government Technical College, Abakpa.

Well done Bigwillz & Uncle Emma.

  2. Wow! Ogoja looks so calm and peaceful. The kind of place to build a Private University or High School. Loving your drive!
πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™ŒπŸΎπŸ™πŸΎ Yeah, The Catholic Church spread Education, Enlightenment and Healthcare all over Nigeria. They made a HUGE impact.

  3. OGOJA!!!!!
    My home, my pride!
Refreshing to have a glimpse of this ancient town. Always busy – inhabited by people from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds. Sadly, the town hasn't been developed the way it ought to. 😒

Thanks BigWillz ! Good work! πŸ™πŸΌ

  4. Thank you for making my memories of Ogoja alive again.

I did my youth service in 2012 at NTA Igoli-Ogoja and I loved and cherished every moment spent in that city. Ogoja people are very accommodating and I still keep in touch with my friends, from Hon. Agatha Mophy, Omari, MJ, and lots of others.

I feel bad that basic amenities like health care and electricity are their major problem. Then light was constant, peace and calm.

    Thanks once again Bigwillz.

  6. Ask your uncle of a place called Okondo in Ogoja.
It appears to be a popular place.
Meanwhile, your uncle deserve to be honored for campaigning for the welfare of Northern Cross River and Ogoja in particular.
