Renowned author and social media influencer Reno Omorki has criticized Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate following his earlier comment on recent demolitions of illegal buildings in Lagos State.
Peter Obi lamented over the recent demolitions and destructions of properties in the country, stating that it is unfair in the current situation of poverty in the country, noting that it has heaped more problems on helpless Nigeria.
He explained that the demolitions have caused severity to many poor Nigerians out there striving to live, some of these properties are huge capital investments of some citizens and the only means of livelihood to some incapacitated persons.
He further called on governments involved in the demolitions to consider the high level of hardships in the country and show compassion in their actions while following vital regulations. He added
Reno has criticized the former Anambra Governor in a post on his X account today stating that he had previously led to demolitions of buildings in Anambra state and did not compensate the offenders, this is the same person criticising Lagos State government for demolishing illegal buildings, this is a blinded bias, he said.
