The two political gladiators met today in Anambra at the burial ceremony of late Senator Anyi Okonkwo.
Peter Obi, a former Governor of Anambra State is the presidential candidate of the Labour Party in the last general elections. He was defeated by the standard flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio said on his verified Facebook page; “My colleagues and I, today, paid our last respect to our late colleague, Senator Ani Anyi Okonkwo, whose body was committed to mother earth in his home town, Ojoto in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State.”
