The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, on Tuesday, said the Labour Party, LP, presidential candidate, Peter Obi, can’t get a victory at the presidential election tribunal.
He said the verdict will be in favour of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Primate Ayodele said Obi’s followers will be disappointed because the judgment will not go their way.
In a statement signed by his Media Aide, Oluwatosin Osho, Ayodele recalled that the tribunal might be unable to sack President Bola Tinubu.
He further called on those who will lose the case to maintain law and order to avoid throwing the country into unnecessary unrest and chaos.
Ayodele says, “The judgment will not go the way Peter Obi and his followers want it. He can’t claim any victory through the tribunal and just as I have said, the worst that can happen is a rerun of the election, or it will remain the way it is.
“No matter the outcome, losers should maintain law and order; they shouldn’t throw the country into riot because they lost the case.”
Kemi Filani recalls that the tribunal fixed 6th September to give judgment on the presidential election petition.
